You are unable to complete your initial device setup, activate game packs and install MP3s:
Unfortunately during the system downtime, you may be unable to complete your device setup, activate game packs and install MP3s. You will be able to play anything previously activated or downloaded.
After the system is back up, you will be able to set up, activate game packs and download MP3 audio by following these steps:
- Open LeapFrog Connect for RockIt Twist
- Connect it using the included USB cable
- Follow the instructions to complete your device setup, activate game packs and download audio
