You are unable to complete your initial device setup and download audio for LeapStart books:
Unfortunately during the system downtime, you may be unable to complete your device setup or download new audio for LeapStart books. You will be able to play any books you have previously downloaded.
After the system is back up, you will be able to set up and download more audio by following these steps:
- Open LeapFrog Connect for LeapStart Interactive Learning System
- Connect it using the included USB cable
- Follow the instructions to complete your device setup and download audio
