Action plan
As children become more coordinated and in control of their body, take opportunities to move in different ways together. Skip, hop, jump, crab walk, walk backwards, and of course, run! Hopping, bending, twisting and skipping require coordination of large motor muscles necessary for good physical health and well-being. And these activities help make everyday chores fun!
