Provide your child with a variety of plastic containers. Begin with simple containers with lids that pop off easily. Once your toddler has mastered those, challenge her with lids that unlatch, unscrew or pop open with a button.
Stash some surprises inside. Your toddler will enjoy trying to find out what's inside.
