Set up a Baby Olympic event in your own living room by creating an obsctacle course. Place soft pillows, hula hoops and chairs around the room. Then, put a favorite toy at the other end. Encourage your baby to walk, cruise, or crawl from one end of the room to the other. Some babies will enjoy following a scarf you dangle in front of them. Encourage and congratulate your baby along the way. This will help your baby build gross motor skills and confidence.
