In New York State, LeapFrog is a member of the RLGA Collective Electronic Waste Acceptance Program registered with the State Department of Environmental Conservation and in compliance with the New York State Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act. If you require packaging and are a resident of the State of Maryland, it will be supplied, upon request, free of charge.  In addition, if you would like to delete the data on your device prior to recycling, open the LeapFrog Connect program, sync your device via USB to your computer, click on the product you would like to reset from the “My Products” screen, then under “Settings,” select “Reset”. If you have not downloaded LeapFrog Connect, please follow these instructions to do so.
