If your wifi network is not detected on the LeapPad “Wireless Settings” menu, please refer to the below steps to resolve this issue.
The most common reason a connection will fail is an incorrect password. Passwords may be case sensitive or include numbers or special characters.
You may be out of range of the network, or another device in the area may be interfering with the Wi-Fi signal.
At the bottom of the Wireless Settings screen is an On/Off switch. Switch it to Off, then back to On to refresh the list of networks in range.
The problem may be with the router, even if other devices are connected. Try restarting the router, then try connecting again.
Most routers simply need to be unplugged, then plugged in again to restart them, however, you should refer to your router's manual for specific instructions.
LeapPad's Wi-Fi operates on 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz networks and won't be able to find your network if the router is in 5GHz only mode.
Check your router's manual to verify you are not using it in 5GHz only mode.
