Interacting with Menus

Start with both hands at your sides, below the waist. This is the "starting or deactivated" hand position.

Raise one hand above your waist to activate the hand icon to appear on screen.

Hold the hand icon still, over the desired option, until the circle is full and the option has been activated.

Either hand can be used, but only one hand may be used at a time, keeping your other hand down at the side.

Lower your hand below your waist to deactivate the hand icon.

Avoid putting your hands behind you or motion tracking will activate the hand icon unintentionally.

A helpful practice is to put both hands down by your sides whenever a menu appears. This deactivates the hand icon so you don't activate a menu option unintentionally.
