Hawaii
LeapFrog offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows LeapFrog’s customers to return certain LeapFrog branded products for recycling free of charge. Maryland
LeapFrog offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows LeapFrog’s customers to return certain LeapFrog branded products for recycling free of charge. To access the mail-back program simply click the link below and follow the instructions to obtain a free shipping label. Upon receipt of the shipping label, simply pack your product, affix the label to the package and send your covered electronic device for responsible recycling. If you require packaging, it will be supplied, upon request, free of charge to Maryland consumers. Click Here
To delete the data on your LeapFrog tablet, open the LeapFrog Connect program, sync your device via USB to your computer, click on the product you would like to reset from the “My Products” screen, then under “Settings,” select “Reset”. If you have not downloaded LeapFrog Connect, please follow these instructions to do so.
Michigan

This program provides convenient methods for consumers of Covered Electronic Devices to return their products at end of life for environmentally sound recycling. In New York State, LeapFrog is a member of the RLGA Collective Electronic Waste Acceptance Program registered with the State Department of Environmental Conservation and in compliance with the New York State Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act. Oregon
Oregon E-Cycles, a program created by Oregon's Electronics Recycling Law, provides free recycling of computers, monitors, televisions, printers, mice and keyboards to home consumers with seven or fewer items to recycle at a time. In support of this program, LeapFrog participates in the group plan "Manufacturers' Group Plan - powered by RLGA" (MGP), which is approved by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
