Unfortunately during the system downtime, you may be unable to complete your device setup.

After the system is back up, you will be able to download your included apps by following these steps:

  1. Open LeapFrog Connect
  2. Connect your LeapPad 2 using the included USB cable
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your device setup and download the included apps
