During initial device setup, you see an "unable to load webpage" message:

Unfortunately during the system downtime, you may be unable to complete your device setup. Please try again when the system is back up.

During the system downtime, you are not able to download all the apps that are included with your device.

After the system is back up, you will be able to download your included apps by following these steps:

  1. Open the App Center app
  2. Follow the instructions to create or log in to a Parent Account
  3. Chose one of the apps selected for your child
