Acting out stories lets little imaginations soar.
You can help build your child's recall power by using the three elements of story structure: beginning, middle and end.
Encourage your child to act out a story he knows well, such as one you have read aloud many times. Help your child gather props, such as a simple costume and objects that are important in the story. Be the audience as your child acts out and retells the story.
