LeapFrog Makes Returns Easy!

Items purchased from the Online Store can be returned within 7 days for a refund, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. Please note, we are unable to process exchanges. Refunds for merchandise only will be issued to the billing name and address on the original order. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please pack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping carton or mail order sack.

We recommend that you keep the shipping and retail carton while your child is playing with the toy as this can be used when shipping the product and it has valuable information about your toy. Please contact us if you have a problem. Please do not send items back without authorisation.

We recommend returns be shipped via insured Postal Service for your protection. We cannot be responsible for items lost during shipping. We do not accept COD returns and to comply with our WEEE requirments please click here.
