Motion Play

LeapMove uses a camera to see the player and track the players moves.
Follow these tips to help LeapMove track the players motion for the optimal gameplay experience.

 
 

Tip 1: Player

Make sure the player is the only person visible on screen.

LeapMove can get confused if there is more than one person in front of the camera.

Only player should be visible on the screen.

Tip 2: Player Tracker

The Player Tracker represents the player in the game.

If it stops tracking the player’s movement, tracking may have jumped to another person in the room.

If this happens, all people should step out of view and only the player should step back in to reset.

Tip 3: Clothing

Avoid clothes with patterns, dark colors and colors that match the room. Avoid long sleeves and clothes like long dresses or skirts that cover the knees.

Tip 4: Lighting

The room should be well lit. Avoid Backlight.

Other Play Tips

Getting too close to the TV screen can cause the motion tracking to stop working. Remember to stay 6 feet back from the TV.
