Tune-Up PLUS! Service
Jump-start your existing implementation with the new Tune-Up Plus Service! The LeapFrog School Tune-Up Plus Service includes up to 30 replacement LeapPad® Learning System or Quantum LeapPad PLT's per day of service performed.
A LeapFrog School LeapTrack® technician will visit your site and perform the following:
Inventory materials and equipment.
Address any hardware or software issues presented by Tech Coordinators, Teachers, or Administrators.
Evaluate functionality of LeapFrog School products.
Inspect and clean necessary hardware.
Replace current PLT stylus as necessary.
Audit performance of LeapPad PLTs, LeapPort™, or LeapDesk systems and all hardware items for warranty reconciliation or replacement options.
Verify all applicable software installation on all classroom computers.
Apply any available software updates required by specific products.
Re-install software or hardware as required, verifying proper functionality.
Update server installation and verify functionality as applicable.
Provide complete data backup for archival to school or district administration if utilizing the LeapTrack® Assessment & Instruction System.
Provide detailed report in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.

Materials Setup and Installation
Unpacking and Installation Service: A certified technician will unpack, inventory, distribute, and install your new LeapFrog School products.
The LeapTrack® System (and LeapTrack® Reading Pro Edition)
Verify shipment of materials according to investment summary and/or sales order acknowledgment.
Unpack and distribute materials to designated classrooms
Perform LeapTrack® 4.1 software installation at classroom level (stand-alone or client installation)
Install and verify LeapPort™.
Install server software if applicable.
Install the Aggregate Reporting Tool software on the Principal and/or Administrator's computer if applicable.
Apply all available updates to existing software.
Provide detailed report/site sign-off in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.
Ensure work site is clean and all packaging materials are disposed of at the direction of the customer.
The Literacy Center
Verify shipment of materials according to investment summary and/or sales order acknowledgment.
Unpack and distribute materials to designated classrooms.
Perform Link To Lessons software installation at classroom level.
Install and Mindstation® and verify function.
Apply all available updates to existing software.
