|1) Is your network hidden?
||If your home network is using a hidden SSID (SSID is the broadcast name of the Wi-Fi router), it will not appear on your LeapPad Ultra. Follow the instructions that came with your wireless router to make your network visible.
|2) Get as close to the Wi-Fi router as possible, then check the LeapPad Ultra's Wi-Fi settings again
||You may be out of range of the network, or another device in the area may be interfering with the Wi-Fi signal.
|3) Toggle the wireless off, then on.
||At the bottom of the Wireless Settings screen is an On/Off switch. Switch it to Off, then back to On to refresh the list of networks in range.|
|4) Try restarting your router.
||The problem may be with the router, even if other devices are connected. Try restarting the router, then try connecting again.
Most routers simply need to be unplugged, then plugged in again to restart them, however, you should refer to your router's manual for specific instructions.
|5) Verify your router is set up to support LeapPad Ultra.
||LeapPad Ultra's Wi-Fi operates on 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz networks and won't be able to find your network if the router is in 5GHz only mode.
Check your router's manual to verify you are not using it in 5GHz only mode.
