Learning Tip: Tasty Ts

With your child, look at restaurant menus, in your kitchen or at the shops for ten things that can be tasted and start with the letter T, such as tortillas, tomatoes or toothpaste. Are they tasty? 

Tasty begins with the sound /t/. Our tongues (/t/) help us to taste, and taste is one of our five senses. Help your child to indentify different tastes, such as salty, sweet, tart and spicy.
