How do I return an order?

Can I cancel the order I recently submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse to be picked. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received.

Can I change the address on the order I recently submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse to be picked. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received.
Why isn’t my promotion code working?
Our promotion codes are case sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as it appears on our site or in the email offer you received. Codes are typically in all capital letters and there are usually no spaces between letters and numbers. If the code is entered correctly but still not working, please verify it is not expired, and the items you are attempting to order are eligible for the specific promotion.
Why didn’t I receive free shipping on my order?
We often run promotions for free ground shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. In order to be eligible for free shipping, the merchandise total must often be above a certain dollar amount. For example, if the offer states “Free shipping on orders over $50,” the merchandise total must be over $50 after any promotion codes or discounts are applied. Sales tax and shipping and handling charges are not part of the merchandise total.
Can I use more than one promotion code on my order?
No. Promotion codes are limited to one per order.
Where do your orders ship from?
Our online store orders ship from the Toronto area.
How long will the order take to reach me?
The approximate delivery time for ground shipments is 7 - 10 days. If you need your merchandise sooner, please specify 2 day air or overnight shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain your UPS tracking number. Please enter this tracking number at www.ups.com to verify the scheduled delivery date. Note that no deliveries are made on week ends or holidays.
Instead of a refund, can I exchange an item for something else?
Regrettably we do not offer product exchanges. Returns are refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
