Please note: If you have gone through all the available troubleshooting on this page and still cannot connect to Wi-Fi, all of your starter apps and additional app purchases can be downloaded to your LeapPad Ultra using the LeapFrog Connect application on your personal computer. To download the LeapFrog Connect application to your PC or Mac, please visit the LeapFrog Connect Download page. Once LeapFrog Connect is installed on your computer, use the included USB cord to connect to your computer and sync your LeapPad Ultra to LeapFrog Connect.
