Need Help locating your Order Number?
If you have a LeapFrog account:
Sign in, then go to Order History to view your order number(s). If you have more than one order and aren't sure which order contains the Download Code purchase, click the "View" button to see the order details.
If you don't have a LeapFrog account:
LeapFrog Online Store sent you two emails when you purchased the App Center or Leaplet Download Code from our online store. Both emails contain the 8 digit order number. Try searching "LeapFrog Online Store" in your mailbox to find the emails.
