Shipping & Handling Guidelines
- No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Sorry, we are not able to ship to P.O. Box, Military, APO or FPO addresses.
- Sorry, at this time LeapFrog does not ship outside the US.
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping address.
Ground Shipping
- Items available for immediate shipment will be delivered by UPS in 7-10 business days.
- Ground Shipping is not available for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped 2nd Day or Overnight.
2nd Day Shipping
- Items available for immediate shipment will be delivered by UPS in 2 business days.
Overnight Shipping
- Items available for immediate shipment will be delivered by UPS overnight.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
- For multiple shipping addresses, shipping and handling and qualification for promotions will be calculated separately based on the merchandise total for each address.
