ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six months, held employment with or performed services for Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("EDT") on 7/31/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 12/31/08. There are five (5) separate Monthly Drawing Entry Periods with one (1) winner drawn from entries received within each Monthly Drawing Entry Period, plus one (1) Grand Prize Drawing with one (1) winner drawn from entries received from all five (5) Monthly Drawing Entry Periods. Monthly Drawing Entry Period #1: Entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDT on 7/31/08 and 11:59:59 EDT on 8/31/08. Monthly Drawing Entry Period # 2: Entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDT on 9/1/08 and 11:59:59 PM EDT on 9/30/08. Monthly Drawing Entry Period # 3: Entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDT on 10/1/08 and 11:59:59 PM EDT on 10/31/08. Monthly Drawing Entry Period # 4: Entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDT on 11/1/08 and 11:59:59 PM EST on 11/30/08. Monthly Drawing Entry Period #5: Entries received between 12:00:01 AM EST on 12/1/08 and 11:59:59 PM EST on 12/31/08.The Grand Prize Entry Period: Entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDT on 7/31/08 and 11:59:59 PM EST on 12/31/08. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER MONTHLY DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD. NON-WINNING ENTRIES FROM PREVIOUS MONTHLY DRAWING ENTRY PERIODS WILL NOT BE ROLLED OVER INTO SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY RANDOM DRAWING ENTRY PERIODS. Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misaddressed or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. The use of computer programs and other automatic means to submit multiple entries is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are disconnected, misdirected, incomplete or inaudible, or that contain unintelligible information provided by entrants, or for otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late, or incorrectly or are lost due to telephone or computer system equipment failure.
SELECTION OF WINNERS/RANDOM DRAWINGS: There will be five (5) random Monthly Drawings and one (1) random Grand Prize Drawing. Monthly Drawing #1: For entries received during Monthly Drawing Entry Period #1, the random drawing will take place on or about September 10, 2008. Monthly Drawing #2: For entries received during Monthly Drawing Entry Period #2, the random drawing will take place on or about October 10, 2008. Monthly Drawing #3: For entries received during Monthly Drawing Entry Period #3, the random drawing will take place on or about November 10, 2008. Monthly Drawing #4: For entries received during Monthly Drawing Entry Period #4, the random drawing will take place on or about December 10, 2008. Monthly Drawing #5: For entries received during Monthly Drawing Entry Period #5, the random drawing will take place on or about January 12, 2008. Grand Prize Drawing: For all entries received during the Grand Prize Entry Period, the random drawing will take place on or about January 15, 2009. One (1) Monthly Drawing Prize will be awarded in each Monthly Drawing and one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Grand Prize Drawing. All random drawings will be conducted by Sugarwick Strategic Marketing, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Drawing Entry Period and the Grand Prize Entry Period. Winners will be notified by U.S. Mail on or about seven days after the drawing date stated herein. If a Prize Notification letter or a Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Limit one (1) Monthly Drawing Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per household. No more than two (2) prizes in total per household. All prizes will be awarded, provided they are properly claimed.
PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: An award of $25,000 to be used towards the college education of a child under the age of 18 designated by the winner. The award will come in two parts: a) $7,500 in cash to be used toward any tax liability, wire transfer fees, or account creation fees incurred as a result of the Grand Prize; and b) a direct deposit of $17,500 into a 529 college savings account established by the winner for the benefit of a child under the age of 18 designated by the winner. ARV of Grand Prize: $25,000. Total ARV of all Prizes: $26,500. Prize Winners will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. All costs and expenses not expressly specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted, but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable for any reason.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winners are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Prize Winners must sign before a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) A Publicity Release Form within ten (10) business days of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. Grand Prize Winner must have valid identification and will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her Social Security number for tax purposes.
INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time entry. An "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and Prize Winners: (1) agree to be bound by these Offical Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor, its retailers, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies from all liability, claims, action or proceedings related to the Sweepstakes and from injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of the prize; (3) Prize winners consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law; and (4) acknowledge that the Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
