Returns & exchanges

LeapFrog Return Policy 

Items purchased from the LeapFrog Online Store can be returned within 90 days for a refund, as long as

the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

 

Before returning an item, you MUST email us at onlinestore@leapfrog.com or call our customer

service center at 1-866-334-LEAP (5327) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

number. If you do not include an RMA number on your return slip, we cannot process your request.

 

Please follow the directions below and let us know if you would like us to issue a credit or send

a replacement. We cannot process exchanges.

 

Refunds for merchandise only will be issued to the billing name and address on the original order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Please repack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping box or a similar box.

 

We recommend returns be shipped via UPS or insured United States Postal Service for your protection.

LeapFrog is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

 

We do not accept COD returns.
