External Product Concepts

Thank you for your interest in LeapFrog. Because we are constantly exploring, researching and developing product ideas and

concepts that may be used in future products, we cannot accept unsolicited ideas submitted by other companies or individuals.

We currently work with a small number of companies that assist us with external development of product concepts. These

companies have significant technical experience producing and developing consumer electronics products, and in many cases,

have worked with us for a number of years. In order to set forth the parameters of our working relationship with such external

product development companies, we enter into standard development contracts with them.

If you would like to be considered as a company that works with LeapFrog in this manner, please submit your qualifications to:

LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., 6401 Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA 94608, Attn: External Product Development. At a minimum,

we would be looking for companies that have significant experience in software development, consumer electronics design and

development, and interactive educational product development. Please do not submit any product concepts or ideas with

your qualifications package—those items will be returned and your package will not be reviewed.
