LeapFrog Connect must be run as an Administrator - Error 65

Q: When trying to sync LeapPad2 or LeapsterGS Explorer, I'm seeing "Error 65 - LeapFrog Connect application must be run as administrator".

1. Navigate to the LeapFrog Connect folder in Windows Explorer.
2. LeapFrogConnect.exe can be found in the following location;
