Please note: If you have gone through all the available troubleshooting on this page and still cannot connect to Wi-Fi, you can purchase and sync apps to your LeapPad using the LeapFrog Connect application on your personal computer. To download the LeapFrog Connect application to your PC or Mac, please visit www.leapfrog.ca/connect. Once LeapFrog Connect is installed on your computer, use the included USB cord to connect to your computer and sync your LeapPad to LeapFrog Connect.
