What to Expect

If you’d rather make a difference than run around making copies, the LeapFrog Intern Program is the place for you.

Collaborate on products and projects that are truly important to the business, and present them to Senior Leadership to help bring them to life.

Network cross-functionally, attend intern-only brown-bag sessions, and learn by doing as a hands-on team contributor.

Hear from Former LeapFrog Interns

“I really enjoyed immersing myself into the product development cycle, even if it was only a piece of it. From doing CAD and prototyping to working with cross-functional teams like audio and ID, I had a lot of fun learning about how product design works. I will be able to take this experience that I’ve had here and use it wherever I end up in the future.”

“My manager and team were AWESOME!! It was great to have such supportive and knowledgeable people to be there for me when I needed help or wanted to learn something new. They not only helped me enjoy the work environment, but they also helped me enjoy life outside of work and made sure I always had a good work-life balance.”

“I particularly enjoyed having the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team on a project with real strategic significance.”

“I enjoyed working on a real business problem on which implementation has already started as per my suggestions, the amazing culture with a mix of creativity and zeal to grow as a business.”

“Getting to do real work. It didn’t feel like we were just given random tasks, every project felt deliberate and you really felt like you were contributing to the company.”

“I thought the Friday presentations were a very enjoyable and useful learning opportunity. I left each presentation with a much deeper understanding of how each department operated within LeapFrog’s larger goals, which enabled me to better execute my day-to-day work and summer projects.”
